At The Qi Lounge, our work ethic centers around working hard, staying humble, and being kind. The owners are 2 career therapists who have created a work environment that feeds the souls of our associates, while working as a team to create the very best spa experience for our guests.

Our ideal team members at The Qi Lounge possess several important qualities: â€‹

  • Reliability 

  • Desire to learn

  • Loves all things SPA! (Yummy aromas, soul-soothing treatments including scrubs & wraps, and a posh spa environment)

  • Digs working as a team (we focus on learning by mentorship - you must be a team player)

  • Can perform at least 4 hours of services per shift & is available on weekends.

  • Has a positive, can-do attitude (if a problem arises, you work it out in a positive way)

  • Believes in: Working Hard, Staying Humble, and Being Kind (life basics)

  • Has an attitude of gratitude (looks for the good in all things)

Cancellation Policy: Your treatment arrangements and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. If you must cancel OR reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

48 hours notice is required for bookings of 3 or more hours.

Qi Party contracts require a 72 hour cancellation. 

Cancelling OR rescheduling with less than these notices will result in being charged in full for the scheduled treatments. 

Booking an appointment with us is an acknowledgement of these terms and an agreement with our cancellation & late arrivals policies. 

 

Late Arrivals Policy:  Your services are scheduled to begin at the time you requested. Arriving late for your appointment will result in a shortened service time, while being responsible for the full cost of the scheduled services. Thank you for honoring our Licensed Therapists' time! We encourage our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled services to ensure promptness and to allow for time to change into a spa robe & sandals and have some time to settle in to the spa experience. Thank you!
